30-Day Returns

ALORI accepts eligible return requests within 30 days of delivery. To request a return, contact us within that period and provide your order number and the reason for the return. We’ll share the next steps and return instructions.

Refunds

Once an approved return is received and reviewed, eligible refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 days for the refund to be processed. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to display the funds.
